Hey Scott i am one of those people with Hanna meters that test to destruction :lol: :lol: :lol: and trust me it can drive you mad :shock: :roll: :D You will be surprised what will make you TDS reading change either way but if you do keep you maintenance up and keep a clean system it soon settles dow...

Hi Simon,

I believe that the way th K media works it had a bigger surface area in the same volume than matting....i think anyway!!

Do you test for TDS John and if so what was it before you installed the static K1 and then after.I only ask as i found the TDS dropped big time when the Geazy went on :D

Copper pipe Bob!!!!!! na its all done in speed-fit plastic pipe and that is just the ball valve.I used to have one of the small Troveck (not sure on the spelling) ones on it but what with all the agitation and K1 it snapped so i went for a bigger one. Sorry Al i forgot to say yes they was in some PP...
