well if you think she is carrying eggs and your are heated a bit I would try and spawn her at least then you will know if its spawn or something more sinister

All you guys feeding your koi with unheated ponds because it so mild and the temperatures are 10 and slightly above watch out for infections, it may seem great but its a bad place for the koi to be, their immune system is not working but for the pathogens its party time, they are still at their best...
