Spawning Time
Spawning time has come around again, so the mud ponds have been filling up an are now all ready for this years breeding to commence.
And the good new was that this morning that both my Showa and Kohaku sets have spawned
Showa Set

Will try and take a few photo's as they progress through the year this time and keep everyone updated, I must admit I was so rushed last year that I never got round to it, fingers crossed I get a bit more time this year. The Showa set produced some stunning Showa and Shiro Utsuri's last year. These are still growing on in one of my grow on ponds. One of my favourate's in the pond is a Tancho Showa so as you can expect I was very pleased with them and have used the same set again.
Don't think I will ever stop building ponds as I never seem to have enough of them as I keep filling them up with koi

Any pictures of last years Koi you still have?
What do you do with them all then??????? I know you have land on your farm, but you cant keep them all forever!!!!!
