Matt
Do it once do it right. If you want a window at all, you will regret not adding one later. Like I did on my current pool. Good job Im moving then
The cost is irrelevant when you think about now many years of joy you get from something like that.

Ok Guys,
Give us a cheap outlet for Glass that's Koi friendly.
How much would a piece be, say 5' x 3' and what thickness and would it need to be bullet proof.

You can get going with 1 usb internet thingy and an underwater camera for around £100 + and then add cameras as you go - I have used wired connections as wireless (camera to computer) isn't reliable enough really. If you can get a wire from the pond to a broadband computer you can see the same as mine! I reckon with extension cables, power supplies 4 cameras (the above water ones are a lot cheaper) £200 - £250?
Hope that helps?

Cheers mate. Was thinking of doing this but running it to a TV rather than the computer.
Getting excited now.

Right now have my skimmer and my bottem drain will be here next week. All i really need now is the pumps and maybee another airpump and teh heater.
Quick question though. I was at a dealer yesterday asking for some advice and he didnt seem that impressed with running a skimmer off 1.5inch pipe onto a vortex with static k1. it said its going to block very easily.
What does everyone else think?

Hi Matt,
If possible try to run all the pipe work in 2" that way you will get a much better flow.
1 can block but if you keep the system clean it will be OK
