This forum is awesome with fantastic ideas, help etc, etc.

The few us us who aren't overweight are just plain ugly

Mate I'm getting old too(40's)

but hardly getting chubby coz I have small bone structure. I can eat what I want and don't gain weight at all

Also its not what you can see outside its what you can see inside the person that counts mate, IMHO

Oh to be 40ish again...

The "I can eat what I want and not get fat" starts to go in the early 40s Jon. Please note your present weight and we will discuss this again in 10 years. I'm willing to be you will be singing from a new hym sheet by then mate

(been there, done that and lost 10 kilos in the last year with 2 more to go!)

As for the rest... absolutely!!! You nailed that one!
