Simply Koi and More Koi

Sorry, not sure if this is in the right place? Didn't know where else to ask?
I distantly remember last year somebody? Bob Hart? Asking about cuttings or seeds, and asked a member on here for her expert advice?
Well I would like to take a cutting from some of my maples and try to get them to grow on.... Just wondering the best way to go about this. Go easy on me though.... Only just getting the hang of growing on Koi... lol.

Maples tend to be grafted as they are easier to cultivate on a commercial basis using a more vigorous rootstock. I've never heard of cuttings working but you could try softwood cuttings now on a heated propagator or small hardwood cuttings later in the year.
