Treated for Gill Flukes and still flashing?

Hi Guys,
Last weekend treated for Tric and Gill flukes, PP Sunday, Flubenol Monday, with the koi seeming to respond well, more active etc, and did a second dose of Flubenol yesterday to catch any missed in the first treatment.
Still getting a few flashing today, not scraped as yet, as unsure if the flukes will still be active for a day or two.... so thats my first question - how long do I wait to scrape again?
Now, a second query over their behavioral symptoms, which relate to a number of my koi, they seem to be quiet active, then decide to 'rest' on the bottom of the pond, in the near end of the pond (its elliptical in shape) and dont move for quite a while.
One koi in particular, the ochiba noted in my other post as with a 'prolapsed vent' is a regular doing this, and this is why it was considered she may have a swim bladder problem?
Is it likely that other koi will 'keep her company' on the bottom? Or am I missing something when scrapes taken so far?
Last weekends scrapes were a bit difficult, with little mucus present on the koi, so I am now wondering if there is something else going on here.
I am currently at a pH of 7.2 and TDS of 110 and KH of 2 so water 'quality' has never been better, and temps after a recent ramp up to 20 (taking delivery of a new koi, two weeks ago) and now steadily reducing back to 15 as there will be a few being sold this weekend and going to cooler ponds, so it may just be the 'changes' over the last few weeks spooking them?
I have historically took a hard line with the koi, not wanting to interfere too much, but with these temp swings obviously giving the parasites a field day, I have been doing my best to keep an eye on them.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks,
Mark
