Hi guys.
How long do raised scales take to go back down she is much much better now skin is looking good but the scales are still up in a small place by the tail. the area is not red or infected lookingjust raised i dont really want to interfere as she is doing so well could it be fluid like bruising left underneath that just needs time to dissipate? :?

Hi Amanda if it is not red or sore looking I would leave it alone but keep an eye on it it should go down over a week or so could be quicker.

Hi Amanda,

How bad ws it before and have you seen an improvement since the treatment :?:

If so see how it goes and if it looks to keep getting better and settling down hopefully it could be OK but these are the ones i always like to keep a very close eye on as they can sometimes just flare up out of nowhere.

Hi Lee and Gazza.
Well she is back to her normal feeding and roaring round, the area is still there but it is going down be it slowly .
i am keeping a good eye on her every day and she gets special food that i make up of pellets soaked in orange juice and garlic.
she goes mad for them much to the disgust of the others as they just get their normal pellets. :)
