Simply Koi and More Koi

Hi All
Can anyone tell me how long this lasts in the water before it's spent and I can do a water change?

I usually stop water changes for 5-7 days.

I thought it was just 24 hours,not too sure if my Nexus will go that long without cleaning,I have been cleaning the Nexus and Pod everyday only uses about 80gallon though so may just do that a couple of times in the next week if you think it will be ok.
