hi and welcome

i presume your wanting to build up your existing pond so its above ground,

what you need to do is excavate the top edge all around so you can form a 12" x 12" concrete ring with reinforcing rods then you can build up off this
with your blocks to the height you want( lay the breeze blocks on their sides for strength)

then either butyl liner it or have it laid up in glass fibre

Hi,
This persons pond build may help you a little

Also you definately don't want to use breeze blocks, it's concrete blocks you need.

Have fun

Breeze blocks are just not as strong.
They absorb water, which can freeze in cold spells and crack the block.
Have a look around the web you'll see what I mean.

Good luck
