outcome of the court case

Post by Duncan »

Hi All

Just in, well about 2 hours ago 320 mile round trip since early this morning
The court case went as well as could be expected. The judge was great and did a good job he mediated it very well so both sides came away with something. I can’t go into details at the moment but, no doubt when I catch up with some of you I can give you the fuller picture. I’m not ecstatic but am happy with the way things went
But I wanted to thank you all for your support it meant so much to me and polly and gave us so much strength knowing you were all behind us

I thank you all you humble me !!!

Cheers

The key phrase for me was you were 'happy with the outcome' Duncan. I am glad for you both.

Glad it's sorted Dunc, maybe not the way you wanted but at least it wasn't all one sided.

Hi Dunc

Best of all mate is that it's done, dusted and behind you now! :D

You and Pol can now forget about all the hassle and grief it's caused you, look to the future with some peace of mind, and make some plans to enjoy the next chapter in your lives - what ever direction that might take you in. :?:

Just sit back, chill out and enjoy the relaxation!

Cheers

Glad it's resolved and sorry I missed wishing you good luck before it happened. Hope the outcome was good enough for you long term, whatever it was.

Well at least its over and sounds like a fairly positive result so time to take a break from all this and get your life back into perspective, just hope you are allowed to breathe easy from now on and most important, your reputation is still intact. So happy its over for you. Hope you both feel a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.

You shouldn't feel humbled Duncan,

The reaction on here is what I would call payback time. Over the years, you've spent huge amounts of time and effort in doing good for other people. Some have benefited from the knowledge you've given them, others from your help when they have needed it.

I think I can speak for everyone on here in saying that any support we are now showing is just our way of paying you back for the good you have done.

Thank you.

I am delighted for you and Polly I guess, knowing how this sort of dispute goes, there is always a bit of give and take even if one or otherside doesn't see it this way.

The good news it's done and dusted and you can get on with your lives now without the black cloudy of uncertainty hanging over you.

Well done and all the best to you.
