Thanks for the tip on the logo. I'll do that tomorrow.

NO, KoiShack does not sell anything or charge to "be somebody". It started out as a group of friends trying to stay together while the Board we were on started to implode. KS is now home to many of the US Judges and Koi Kichi. We have a variety of people from newbies to advanced hobbiest. We also have a Goldie Forum. You should visit.

I think you forgot to name Newt's, although it's not a proper koi Board. LOL

I was planning on putting a lintel, in an arch shape. I would most definitely put a sealer between the frame and the blocks and the window and liner.

Thanks for the info.

BTW, I don't know why it took me so long to find you. I haven't had much time to look around but this seems like a very knowledgeable Board. I'm going to explore a little every day.

You could probably fit a flat lintel if cheaper, then with the facing brickwork build the arch. Therefore the effect would be an arched window, but inside the pond is the usual rectangluar window.

That would work, too. My dh and ds have pieces of iron laying around that they can bend if I need it but it would be easier to use a straight piece.
