Last year Jane put everyone onto those cheap swimming pools. I bought 5 of them for £20 each and with them came a pump just the job for heating projects. They rate at 25W and probably around 200 gal per hour.
So anyone who has not unpacked them yet, get them opened up.

Re: Cheap pumps
Hey i did say at the time they were very cheap and every koi-quester should buy at least one...
now you know why...!!!
and if we get the summer they are forcasting we will all be wallowing in the pools as well
a great use for a cheap pump and filter

Re: Cheap pumps
Gotta be honest..... I bought one of these at full price elsewhere whilst I did my pond build and just threw the pump away! I'm not going to spend £000's on a pond and fish and then risk putting a ten bob pump on it! Let's face it, how good can it possibly be at that price? I wouldn't risk using it even in an emergency!
(That's the pump........The pool was excellent and worth every penny of the £60 I paid at the time)
