Hi Stu,

The idea of a shower is to pump a fast flow so i think your pump may be bit slow.

I would use 2" pipe work and a 3" spray bar but again this will also depend on the flow.

Gotta agree with Gazza here. I have a DIY shower on my QT and when I didn't have enough flow over it the BHM got caked in debris. Since trebling the flow by using an Aquamax 12000 the dirt can't settle out and it's working much better. This DIY shower is made just from 4 of these boxes in two stacks so half of the flow goes over each stack so over your shower you'll need lots of flow and lots of BHM!

Stu,

The dimentions of your shower roughly equal that of a double width shower. These need around 5000 gallons/hour pumped over them perhaps even more.

Therefore I reckon you'd need 3 or 4 of the sequence 11000 pumps you are suggesting using, depening on how far away they are from the shower and how many bends you's have. Also around 120 kg's of BHM.

If you only want to use the 11000 pump, then a size to suit this would be in the region of 600mm x 200mm x 200mm

I agree with Bob.
I have a double set of Bakki Showers with 16 boxes of BHM pumping 27000 litres via two Sequence pumps through two 3" spray bars and I could still pump more.
I also have a singles set with only 3 trays pumping 12000 litres via one 3" spray bar.........

Not sure that you would get any benefit with your ideas.....but a big thumbs up for going down the shower route :D
