Sorry guys yet another question
When getting an Eazy Pod ready as the sole filtration, do I need to soak the K1 in P.P. first? Or is that only when K1 is used in fluidised filtration methods?
Thank you.

Re: Yet Another Question!
Hi Colin,
The idea of using a strong PP solution is to remove the solution left over from manufacturing and then it is supposed to mature a bit quicker.I normally leave mine bubbling round over night in a strong solution.
Don't worry about the questions young man thats what we are here for

Cheers mate!
I'm off to give myself a Reiki treatment. All this waiting around for stuff to be delivered is driving me crazy! Patience isn't my strongest point...
Might have to be some meditation as well.........

Re: Yet Another Question!
I just stuck my K1 in a couple of media bags in my vortex chanber for three or so weeks before putting it into my filter and removing the old media. It worked like a charm and I never had any maturation issues. Of course if it's a new build that might be a little tricky!
