Scrape. - Help with identification plus gill probs

Post by Markey »

Sorry, this post is a bit of a mish mash..

Had to treat an injury on a Chag today. Might put up another post on it
While I was treating, did a scrape - nothing found,

Also have had a sluggish Ginrin, so while the sedation was out, dropped her in and gave her a once over.

Scraped her as well - All ckear except for this . x400
Don't think it is fluke too small, but no idea what it is - looks like segmented body. maybe just a bug???
Any ideas??

Now... while giving her a check - this is pic of one gill, other liiks fine.
Old injury / infection healed????
Or something I should be worried about???

i dont think the bug is anything to worry about its certainly not a known parasite

the gill on the other hand shows localised necrosis and you maybe need to treat with Chloramine T
